The rooms are quiet enough for a good rest. I also appreciated the staff's responsiveness—they are very polite and address all needs right away. Highly attentive and professional team, the hotel is quite clean and the rooms are very neat and stylish—they look exactly like the photos online ☹ The room was missing a hairdryer, which was very inconvenient. Also, instead of proper ventilation, there was just a hole to the outside, making the room very cold. Breakfast quality was poor, especially the unfresh fruits. it was very difficult to eat because the chef was coughing and spitting into the sink right in front of the guests. When I checked in, the person at the counter said you will have to pay twice because it’s two people. This can be immediately changed on the app without any additional cost . On the way to check out I found the same guy who placed our bags in the room carrying local alcohol bottles to the hotel If you’re a solo girl or women travelling together. DO NOT STAY HERE .
